Description of work executed:
- Dismantle the Bonnet assembly from the body in the pipe line
- Inspect the components and seating area
- Identify the cause of failure
- Lap the seating area(Body seat) by insitu lapping machine
- Take the wedge to machining and welding required
- Rectify the damaged parts
- Assembly the function test
